S-tier champions represent the pinnacle of Encounters Smash Battles competitive play. These fighters combine strong knockback scaling, reliable combo tools, and viable recovery options that perform consistently across skill levels and game modes.

Hamza sits at S-tier because of his straightforward combo path: rush in with Special, chain Basic attacks, finish with Ultimate at high damage percentages. His learning curve is gentle while his ceiling remains high in ranked 1v1.
